The ten rule of ikigai

1.Stay active:Don't retire 

    Those who give up the things they love doing,they also lose their purpose in life. So, it is very important to keep doing things which we love to do.

2. Take it slow

Being in a hurry is inversely proportional to the quality of life. As the old saying goes, "walk slowly and you will go far." When we leave urgency behind, life and time take on a new meaning.

3. Don't fill your stomach

Eating less food is key to long life. We should eat a little less than our hunger demand rather than eating until our stomach is full.

4. Surround yourself with good friends

Friends plays an vital role in our life.They are like medicine for a good chat, sharing stories, confining worries , having fun, and many more.
